2012-2013 membership forms
2012-2013 Team information & registration forms will be mailed to all year round families and posted at this location in early August. All swimmers will receive a group assignment letter around the same time. 2012-2013 registration forms will be due back by Sat. Sept 8th (Team Kick off day).
